Outbound Student Exchange

 There are opportunities for 6- to 12-month exchange programs at schools that have exchange agreements with: Qingdao University, Peking University, Dong-eui University, Monkpo National University, Griffith University, the University of Queensland, Los Medanos College, BOĞAZİÇİ University, Ludwigshafen University of Applied Science, Ming Chuan University and Algoma University.

Overseas Program

 The University offers English, Chinese and Korean courses as second languages. These three foreign language courses include overseas programs as international communication subjects. Students attend short-term language workshops in English speaking countries (USA, Australia, UK, Canada, etc.), China, Taiwan or South Korea to improve their language ability and deepen cross-cultural understanding.

International Students

 The University began accepting international students in 1988. Today, international students study in our undergraduate and graduate schools, as well as in one-year exchange programs. The University also offers International student tutoring taught by Japanese students. One Japanese student is paired with one international student to provide individualized assistance. This program is also an opportunity for Japanese students to acquire international awareness. There is also a student group established with the objective of intercultural understand and interaction with international students. The school staff and students work together to promote international exchange.
